 3. Rose Water and Perfume
 Come sample our "2025" estate produced rose water and rose oil perfume, and experience their wonderful flavor and fragrance! 
 
Official 2025 Perfume RELEASE Date to Be Determined
 
  We use the authentic ancient process to capture rose oil from 4 select rose cultivars harvested over 5 weeks
  in the early spring.

   So in the end, the rose water is a co-product of collecting the pure oil from steaming of rose petals. The oil
